A few ground rules

These terms apply when you use the Local Analog store or place an order. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy and Returns & Exchanges policy. Questions? Email localanalogteam@gmail.com.

Shopping with us

Please provide accurate order and delivery details. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We'll tell you what can still be changed. You must be legally able to make the purchase or have permission from a parent or guardian.

Products and prices

Product details, available options, and prices are shown on the product page. Screens can show colors differently, so an item's color may look slightly different in person. Check the size guide before ordering. Shipping charges and any taxes collected are shown at checkout before you place the order. Prices and availability may change before an order is placed.

Orders and payment

Payment is handled through the payment options offered at checkout. If an order cannot be completed, or we find an error affecting it, we'll contact you. If we cancel an order after payment, we'll refund the amount paid for that order. We won't change an accepted order's price without your agreement.

Delivery

Use a complete, accurate shipping address. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. If your package is delayed, damaged, or missing, contact us so we can help investigate.

Returns and exchanges

Contact us within 30 days of delivery for damaged, defective, misprinted, or wrong items. One size exchange per item is available within 14 days on unworn, unwashed gear, with the customer paying return shipping and getting authorization first. We do not accept change-of-mind or color-preference returns. Your rights under applicable consumer law still apply.

Using the website

Use the store lawfully. Don't interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders, or copy our original designs, photos, or other protected content for commercial use without permission.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. If something goes wrong, contact us first so we have a chance to help.

Updates and contact
